Tandem Skydiving
Tandem Skydiving is the most popular choice of first time skydivers as it requires a minimal amount of training (less than an hour) while maintaining a high degree of safety. You will be attached to the front of your instructor's harness for the entire Moreno Valley Skydiving experience; this includes the parachute ride to the landing zone. Your jump will include approximately 60 seconds of freefall followed by a canopy ride that lasts anywhere from 5 to 9 minutes. Your instructor may encourage you to take temporary control, steer the parachute, or pull the ripcord to release the main canopy. Should you request, your instructor may flip and perform advanced manouvers on the ride down from your Moreno Valley Skydiving experience! We highly recommend this method for the most enjoyable first skydive!
Moreno Valley Skydiving School
Accelerated Freefall is the most advanced method for Moreno Valley Skydiving network students. Before your first jump you will attend an approximately 4 to 6 hour training class in order to teach you the fundamentals of Moreno Valley skydiving. Following the class, your first jump will be made in the company of two USPA rated Moreno Valley Skydiving jump masters providing direct assistance during exit and freefall. At the height determined by your instructors, you will pull the ripcord to deploy your pilot chute and release the main canopy. Once your parachute is fully deployed, you will (with radio assistance) direct the solo descent to the drop zone during the end of your Moreno Valley Skydiving experience.
